We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

We handle all returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best solution — whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit. You do not need to ship the item back unless specifically requested.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
