Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tech World, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable software

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@tech-world.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
